Manifesto of Science Abbey
We are builders of the Inner Temple.
Scientists of spirit.
Alchemists of mind.
Caretakers of a world in transformation.
At Science Abbey, Enlightenment is not a relic of the past—it is a future we choose to build, together.
Our Vision
A civilization grounded in wisdom, guided by reason, and sustained by compassion—where science and human values illuminate a path to global flourishing. In an age of crisis and complexity, Science Abbey stands as a sanctuary for intellectual clarity, ethical purpose, and inner development.
Our Mission
To cultivate a global culture of Integrated Humanism—uniting the rigor of science with the depth of spiritual inquiry. Through education, dialogue, and practical disciplines, we help form mature, responsible, self-aware citizens who can navigate—and heal—a divided world.
Our Principles
Truth through inquiry. All claims are examinable. We uphold the scientific method as humanity’s most reliable way of knowing—and extend its spirit to the study of self, society, and the sacred.
Wholeness of the human being. Development is more than intellect; emotional maturity, ethical integrity, contemplative insight, and creative expression are essential.
Unity of knowledge and wisdom. We rebuild the bridge between science and spirituality—not with dogma or superstition, but with disciplined exploration of consciousness, meaning, and human potential.
Education as transformation. Real learning awakens moral courage, ecological awareness, and civic responsibility; it does not end at information.
Service to humanity and Earth. Practice must meet the world. We anchor action in clarity and serve the healing and progress of all people and the planet.
Our Programs and Initiatives
NAVI (Neutral Analytical Vigilance Institute). Decision intelligence for the public good: transparent methods, open evidence, option trees, and risk dashboards that help communities reason together.
Global Civic Curriculum (GCC). A secular, science-based education for 21st-century citizens—logic, ethics, critical thinking, global history, environmental literacy, and media/tech competence.
Human Maturity Initiative (HMI). Emotional and intellectual maturity as public goods—attention, regulation, ethical character, and team leadership trained for real institutions.
The Scientific Humanist Democracy Project. A living framework for aligning governance with evidence, rights, and long-term stewardship.
Inner Science Lab. Research and practice at the intersection of meditation, neuroscience, philosophy, and contemplative traditions.
Temple of Peace. A symbolic and strategic model for global transformation—seven levels of reform and four pillars of cooperation toward shared peace, prosperity, and planetary citizenship.
Our Ethical Foundations
We affirm the dignity and equality of every person.
We reject superstition, dogma, and authoritarianism.
We honor science as method, not creed.
We draw from ancient wisdom without clinging to obsolete ideologies.
We practice compassion as disciplined action.
We accept stewardship for Earth’s future—not as owners, but as caretakers.
Join Us
The Abbey is not a monastery of isolation. It is a lighthouse for our time—offering guidance, sanctuary, and illumination to all who seek a path of truth, wholeness, and service.
We welcome scientists, philosophers, educators, activists, artists, meditators, freethinkers, and spiritual seekers who believe humanity can do better—and must.
The world is changing.
Let us change with it—consciously, courageously, together.
